Renovations leave behind a specific kind of mess: old appliances that were replaced, cabinets that came out, flooring that was pulled up, the old bathroom fixtures, staging furniture from when the house was being lived in during construction, and piles of mixed debris that did not get cleared during the project. Post-renovation junk removal is a single-trip solution to all of it.

What typically comes out after a remodel

Kitchen renovations. Old cabinets and cabinet boxes, countertops, appliances being replaced, old lighting fixtures, tile from the backsplash, and whatever accumulated in the kitchen during the construction period. Granite and quartz countertops are heavy and should be mentioned when you call.

Bathroom renovations. Old vanities, toilets, bathtubs or shower surrounds, tile from the walls and floors, old lighting and mirrors, and medicine cabinets. Cast iron tubs are extremely heavy and affect pricing significantly. Tell us if a cast iron tub is involved when you call.

Flooring projects. Old carpet and pad, hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl. Usually in rolled or bundled sections. See our carpet removal guide for specific details on flooring haul.

General renovation debris. Drywall sections, lumber scraps, packaging material from new appliances and fixtures, old light fixtures and hardware, and anything that accumulated in staging areas during the project.

What we do not haul from renovation sites

Hazardous materials: paint with lead content (common in pre-1978 homes), asbestos-containing materials (floor tile and insulation in older DFW homes), and liquid chemicals. If your renovation disturbed anything that looked like older insulation or mid-century floor tiles, stop and get it tested before proceeding. We handle everything else.

Timing the haul

Contractors and homeowners typically want a haul at the end of a major phase rather than waiting until everything is done. A mid-project haul clears the staging area and makes the second phase easier. We can accommodate phased hauls on renovation projects. Call when you are ready for each load.

Pricing for post-renovation hauls

Construction debris is priced by volume and weight. Standard debris runs the same as a furniture load. Heavy material like tile, concrete countertops, or cast iron runs higher. A typical kitchen renovation cleanout runs $200 to $400. A bathroom demo cleanup runs $150 to $300. Give us the scope when you call and we will price it on the phone.
